Where do you start changing your target purpose?

Four main stages need to be completed to make changes to the intended use of a land plot.

  • First of all, the owner of the land plot must apply, draw up and notarize an application regarding the change in the intended use of the land.
  • After submitting such an application, it is necessary to start developing a land management project. Such a project can be developed by an individual or legal entity that has the necessary specialists and state licenses to provide such services. As a rule, the development of a project lasts at least one month and depends on the complexity of the project and the type of intended use of the land. One of the main documents for developing a project is a detailed plan of the site with clearly defined boundaries. It is important to understand that the absence of such a document will significantly complicate the development and significantly delay the time.
  • After the project is developed, the process of its approval begins. The developed land management project is submitted to local government bodies for approval. During the session, a decision is made to approve the project or refuse to approve it. It is worth noting that the refusal can be appealed in court.
  • If the local government bodies have made a positive decision regarding your project, it can be registered. To do this, the documents must be submitted to the state cadastral registrar at the relevant department of the geocadastre department. The state registrar enters the necessary data into the land cadastre regarding changes in the intended purpose of the land plot. After completing all registration procedures, the updated information about your plot from the cadastral register is automatically synchronized with other state registers.
