Package of documents for obtaining permission
For real estate that does not fall under the criteria described above, it is necessary to collect a fairly large package of documents. Before the start of construction, it is necessary to create a detailed design, a construction passport of the facility, draw up a notice of the start of work, and also draw up a contract for technical and architectural supervision for construction. Then you can start registering the notification and accordingly begin construction work.
